A London-based technology consultancy set up to give smaller businesses the kind of advice that is usually only affordable at enterprise scale — wherever in the world they are.
Most small businesses sit between two bad options. Large consultancies price them out. General IT support keeps the lights on but rarely asks whether the process itself makes sense. Meanwhile a wave of AI tools arrives with big claims and very little guidance on where any of it actually fits.
Aivexa Technologies was incorporated in England and Wales in September 2026 to sit in that gap: senior attention on the operational problem, at a price a twelve-person firm can sign off without a board meeting.
The founder's background is in security and operations — control rooms, rotas, incident logs, supported housing — environments where a broken handover has immediate consequences and where the fix has to work on a night shift, not just in a demo. That shapes how we build. A system here is judged on whether it survives a busy Monday with the usual person off sick.
It also shapes what we refuse to do. In a control room, a tool that is confidently wrong is more dangerous than no tool at all. The same applies to AI in a business, which is why every build we ship has a person at the point where it matters.
Based in North Harrow, regularly on site across north and west London, and working remotely with clients anywhere.
Harrow, Wembley, Watford, Uxbridge, Ealing and the surrounding boroughs, usually within a day's notice for on-site work.
Central and City-based clients for discovery sessions, training days and handover, with delivery work done remotely.
Most of the build work does not need anyone in the room. We travel for the stages where being there genuinely helps.
We work with clients outside the UK entirely remotely, in English, overlapping with your working day where the time difference allows.
Ask us anything you would ask a larger firm, including where we think you should not spend money.
