Cover appropriate to an IT consultancy operating in the UK. Certificates supplied on request as part of the due-diligence pack.
Written data-protection position
A published privacy notice, a documented lawful basis for each processing purpose, a sub-processor list, and a data processing agreement we will sign before handling personal data on your behalf.
ICO data protection fee
Registration with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, and payment of the annual data protection fee. The registration number will be published here and in the footer once issued.
Cyber Essentials
The UK government-backed scheme covering five technical control areas. We are working to the standard across our own estate and certifying against it, and we help clients prepare for their own assessment.
Microsoft Partner registration
For Microsoft 365 licensing, Intune device management and Entra ID work. Until it is confirmed we will say so rather than imply a partner status we do not yet hold.
The due-diligence pack
Larger clients increasingly ask for documentation before signing. We send it as standard so procurement can move quickly:

- Data processing agreement, ready to sign
- Sub-processor list naming every third party involved

Sub-processors
Any third party that could touch your data is named in the proposal before work begins — the AI provider, the hosting platform, the automation tooling. If you rule one out, we design around it or tell you the job cannot be done within your constraints.

How long have you been trading?
Since September 2026. We would rather state that plainly than imply otherwise. What the founder brings to it is operational experience in security and control-room environments, where a broken handover has immediate consequences.
Can you provide a supplier due-diligence pack?
Yes, within one working day of request. If you have a specific procurement form, send it across and we will complete it as part of scoping.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes, before any assessment work begins. We can also work to your own data processing agreement rather than ours.
What insurance do you carry?

Who actually does the work?
The founder, directly, on every engagement at this stage. Where a job needs a specialist we will name the subcontractor in the proposal before they touch anything, and they work under the same confidentiality terms.
