Founding client rates
Aivexa was incorporated in September 2026. We are taking a small number of founding clients at reduced project rates through the first months of trading.
In exchange we ask for two things: a reference we can use once the work is delivered, and permission to describe the problem and the result anonymously as a case study. Both are optional and neither changes what we build.
If you would rather work with a firm that already has a decade of references, that is an entirely reasonable position and we will say so on the call.
What is never on the invoice
No vendor commission, no hardware margin, no charge for the first review call, and no fee for a proposal you decide not to accept.
Third-party licences are bought in your name and billed by that supplier, so you are never paying us a markup on software.
Common questions, straight answers
Why is there no full price list?
Because the honest answer depends on the process. What we can commit to is that you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and we will tell you on the first call if the job is likely to fall outside your budget.
Do you ask for money up front?
Projects are invoiced in stages against agreed milestones, typically a deposit at sign-off and the balance at handover. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
Are software costs included?
No, and deliberately. Licences and subscriptions are bought in your name and billed to you directly, so you keep them if we part ways. We will estimate those costs in the proposal.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Retainers run monthly and cancel on 30 days' notice. We would rather keep clients because the work is good than because the paperwork is tight.
Do you work with businesses outside London, or outside the UK?
Both. Most of the work is remote, and we travel for the discovery stage and handover training where it genuinely helps. Travel beyond Greater London is quoted separately and agreed in advance. For international clients we work remotely throughout and invoice in pounds sterling unless agreed otherwise.
